Stuart and I will be heading out for an overnight marroning trip and invite anyone keen to try their luck catching marron to join us.
We’ll travel to the spot on Saturday. Bring your stand-up paddle boards or other floaties and enjoy some fun on the water during the afternoon. We’ll have dinner before dark, then head out marroning after sunset—staying out as late as you can handle!
Please note: • A valid marroning licence is required to participate in catching marron • The drive is via an easy bush track, with the possibility of some light pin-striping • This is a self-contained trip
It should be a great mix of adventure, good food, and night-time marroning under the stars. More info to come
